Odissi comes from the eastern border of India, the state of Orissa. There are so many teachers in Bhubaneswar which is the capital of Orissa, and therefore, I would recommend Orissa. Of course in the city like Delhi, Mumbai, or some other places, you could also learn Odissi dance.
